Record labels benefit only A-list artistes—Ryderz

NEW music group, Ryderz have made a plea to record labels to sign on up and coming acts too since it is very difficult for a new musician to survive without them(record labels).

Ryderz made up of brothers Yeboah Isaac Junior (Mani) and Yeboah Isaac Senior (CM), maintained most record labels concentrate on the established names and wouldn’t even look the way of new artistes.
This they say have seen many talented young musicians struggle to make it rendering some of them even giving up at the end of the day.
Speaking to Graphic Showbiz, Ryderz said “it is almost impossible for young talented artistes to breakthrough because they are mostly clueless about the industry so they need record labels to professionally manage their careers.
“Apart from us who are struggling to get a record label, there are very talented underground artistes whom we know and are much better than the popular ones around but it is unfortunate their careers die prematurely because there is no help.
“We are just pleading with record labels to give some of us the benefit of doubt and sign us on because we can only prove our worth when given the chance,” they said.
Ryderz recently released their latest single, Wild featuring Kofi Mole and it’s already garnered some sizeable views on You Tube.
On the song produced by Jrnbeat, Ryderz talks about the need for the youth to be aggressive and make money through the right channels.
Kofi Mole raps on the second verse about how he is bent on making all the money he can now so he is not found wanting financially in future.
Ryderz who have been around for more than three years have performed at events such as The Connect Concert, Vodafone X, Avakpe Easter Concert and Miss Malaika.
