My prophecies aren’t 100% accurate, Nigel Gaisie reveals

Popular Ghanaian prophet, Nigel Gaisie, has made a surprising confession, acknowledging that his prophecies are not always accurate.

In an interview on Hitz FM, the founder and leader of the Prophetic Hill Chapel, stated that he is not infallible and that his prophetic declarations can sometimes miss the mark.

In a candid response to the question of failing prophecies, Prophet Nigel Gaisie admitted that he has experienced failures with some of his prophecies.

"I sometimes get my prophecies wrong. That makes me a human being. Every prophet that gets it 100% is fake.

“Sometimes God will twist your mouth, and your lips to make a mistake so that you the vessel will know that you are a human being. Sometimes I get it wrong. That is why you have to always be sharp spiritually. 

“That is why in the space of a prophet, we don't like disturbances. My emotions are very important to me because I can see red and misinterpret it. And so sometimes we get it wrong," he said on Daybreak Hitz.

Prophet Gaisie attributed some of his past mistakes to his early days in ministry, citing inexperience and youthful naivety as contributing factors.

"Most of us the prophets are not educated. And the senior men of faith did not hold us, they didn't welcome us. So personally, I have made a lot of mistakes which are regrettable. Because I didn't have anybody who was so much interested in me.

“Someone like Reverend Eastwood Anaba will call me sometimes at dawn. He is someone that I love, and [for] some of us, he is like the checks and balances for us," he said. He shared that, in his late 20s, he navigated ministry without the benefit of clear direction or mentors.

“So we made certain mistakes which were avoidable. But we are growing. There are things that I did about 9 or 10 years ago. Given the opportunity to have prophesied about Mahama, I wouldn't have said it the way I said it," he further stated.
