There will also be performances by host group, Harvest Gospel Choir and also a stage play by Harvest Theatre.

Speaking at the media launch at Harvest Praise International, Tesano, Accra, on Monday, March 13, Dr Gloria Folson, chairperson of the committee for Harvest Praise, said the upcoming event will be great as it marks its silver jubilee.

“25 years is such a long time and we promise nothing but the best come April 7 when the event takes place.

"Harvest Praise is the biggest Gospel event that has featured all the top Gospel musicians in Ghana and this year will be moving a notch higher as the event marks its 25th anniversary", she said.

She explained that the concert this year will not feature any Ghanaian artiste since the focus is on the Harvest Gospel Choir who have blessing patrons with their uplifting songs over the years.

“We believe in the choir so much that we felt we needed to give them enough time to showcase their talent. The choir has been part of Harvest Praise since it started and this year, they will be spending a lot of time on stage to make themselves well known to Ghanaians through this concert,” she said.

Harvest Praise organised by Harvest International Ministries (HIM) is an annual Christian  concert, aimed at influencing lives positively through quality, live music and drama performances.

Over the years, Harvest Praise has hosted the likes of Uncle Ato, Ohemaa Mercy, Joe Mettle, Diana Hamilton, Mary Ghansah, Tagoe Sisters, Yaw Sarpong, Daughters of Glorious Jesus among others.
