Kwabena Kwabena makes it big on US radio

One of the most listened to music in 2013, Kwabena Kwabena’ s Adult Musik continues to make waves beyond the shores of Ghana and it is not surprising that it is receiving massive airplay.

It was voted recently among the Favourite 25 most listened to songs by listeners of US based radio station, Affrikka Radio.

As a radio station that is dedicated to serve the interest of  African audiences in the US, Affrikka Radio on a yearly basis sets up a segment during which listeners vote for their favourite songs, and for 2013 it was Adult Musik that came tops.

It beat other popular songs like Skelewu, The Matter, Antenna, P’ Square’s Personally and Khona by South African music group, Mafikizola.

Other Ghanaian songs on the list include, Down On One by Sarkodie, Joey B’s Tonga, Time Bomb, Best In Me, Dance for me, Dance Hall King, R2Bee’s Odo, Akayida and Three points by Gasmilla.

Kwabena Kwabena is a sensational singer who has endeared himself to his many fans particularly with his love themed songs including Royal Lady, Begye me, Meye and Farkye.

He has won the Ghana Music Awards Highlife Artiste of the year on three occasions.
