Zenith Bank wins Excellence in Customer Service award

Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited has been honoured at the 4th edition of the Ghana Business Awards (GBA) held at Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra.

The bank emerged tops to pick up the award for Excellence in Customer Service, beating other nominees in the category.

In the company of some staff of the bank, the Managing Director of the bank, Mr Akindele A. Ogunranti who received the award expressed appreciation for the award and pledged the bank's commitment to improving upon its services.

"This award is an indication of our commitment to ensuring that our customers are well taken care of and given the best of services at all times," he said.

Mr Ogunranti also thanked customers of the bank for their continuous support and loyalty.

In all, 65 individuals and institutions, both public and private, received recognition for their excellent performances and impacts on the social and economic development of Ghana.

The ultimate awards for Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Entrepreneur of the Decade went to the Managing Director of Fidelity Bank, Mr Julian Kingsley Opuni and the CEO of Fueltrade, Mr Chris Chinebuah respectively.
