PZ Cussons Ghana Limited, dealers in essential commodities, has held this year’s awards ceremony for its loyal partners in Takoradi in the Western Region.
Michael Osei Akoto Enterprise from Kumasi emerged the Overall Best Customer for the year.
The event came off at the Best Plus Atlantic Hotel in Takoradi where 26 loyal customers of the company received various rewards for their dedication and hard work.
Categories
The awards categories included appreciation, growth, target achievement, financial prudence, brand champions, turnover performance, most promising, best key account, best coverage, best salesmen, best performing sales area, as well as the top award, Best Model DP Award.
The packages were made up of television sets, refrigerators, desktop computers, home theatres and air conditioners. The rest were tyres, washing machines, food processors, kettles, plaques, certificates and cash.

For his prize, Mr Akoto will enjoy an all-expense paid trip to South Africa, plus a US$1,000 spending money.
A citation accompanying the award (KPI Adherence- Model Distributing Partner (DP) indicated that Osei Akoto Enterprise “expanded warehouse capacity, achieved the most growth of 57 per cent and target over achievement of four per cent overall and grew his distributing to the PZ Business by 25 per cent up to a share of 9.2 per cent.
It also secured 81 per cent on Model DP KPI scale and the first DP to retain Best DP Title.”
The Business Unit Director, Mr David Afflu, noted that even though 2014 was a difficult year for the company, customers were loyal. He was optimistic about the ensuing year.
