First National Savings Limited satisfied with performance
It was held on the theme, “Serving our customers with discipline”.
The CEO asked the staff of the bank to treat customers with respect and dignity and “ treat the customer as king”.
According to Mr Anumel, the company has successfully expanded the balance sheet size by 120 per cent but they could do more.
Mr Anumel referred to the mission and vision of First National and stressed that, “if we are going to achieve our aim of becoming the people’s bank, then it will directly be due to the service we offer the people.”
Some hardworking managers and staff of the bank were rewarded for their diligence and commitment to the growth of the bank.
The Wa Branch Manager of the bank, Mr James Sohimwunya, was adjudged the Overall Best Manager, and his branch received the “Best Branch” award.
Mr Sohimwunya is the beneficiary of a paid trip to the United States of America, while the Wa Branch received a GH¢6,000 cash award.
Mr Richard Oduro of the Mampong Branch was the first runner-up, while Mr Daniel Adade of Cape Coast (Mfantsipim) placed third.
