Ensure customer satisfaction—professionals urged

Professionals in the financial services sector have been asked to uphold the values of their respective companies while attaching professionalism in ensuring customer satisfaction.

According to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Delta Capital, Mr Victor Owusu, demonstrating a high sense of dedication to providing good services to customers was crucial in promoting the brand of a company.

“Investment banking today requires a smart workforce to deliver the best of service in a timely fashion to clients,” he noted.

He said that when the company launched its corporate traditional cloth at its head office in Accra at the weekend.

The cloth was to create a unique brand identity and awareness to its clients and the investing public.

Mr Owusu explained that the introduction of the corporate cloth was part of the company’s brand positioning strategies planned for 2018.

The staff were expected to wear the corporate cloth on Fridays, customer services days, as well as other designated days.

He further encouraged its staff to act professionally to avoid denting the image of the company.

Prospects

The Executive Director of Delta Capital, Mr Samuel Asiedu, explained that the company had plans to open its second branch in Kumasi before the end of the year.

“We seek to serve clients in the middle and northern sector of the country, considering the performance of our Tema branch. The company has, however, applied for and is awaiting a licence to launch its collective investment scheme,” he added.
