Blue Rose picks platinum award for quality
The Blue Rose Limited, a local real estate developer, has won a platinum award at the World Quality Commitment Awards held in Paris, France, recently.

The award was in recognition of the company’s commitment to quality, leadership, technology and innovation in the estate industry.
The award was the second time the organisers of the event, the International Quality Crown (IQC ) of Business Initiative Directions (BID), honoured the company for its commitment to quality.
Blue Rose received the International Quality Crown award in 2012.
The Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr Eric Ebo Acquah, who was in Paris to receive the award, told journalists at a reception in Accra, that the company was one of the 54 companies globally to have been honoured.
Mr Acquah dedicated the award to his clients, who, he said “have made Blue Rose what it is today.”
He was optimistic the continuous patronage of the company’s products by its customers would help it receive more laurels in the years ahead.
“Blue Rose is one big family that strives to make an impact on the business community while making it possible for every Ghanaian to afford a decent accommodation,” he said.
He also thanked BID, the organisers, for recognising the company’s sterling performance and pledged to continue in that regard.
Mr Acquah hinted that his company had secured plots of lands in Tema, Takoradi and Cape Coast and was convinced that before the end of this year, it would commence the construction of an initial 200 detached and semi-detached two and three-bedroom houses on those plots.
He said the company, which had been operating around the Central Region, had decided to expand its operations after attaining its target of 1,000 affordable houses.
Mr Acquah hinted that his company would soon go international, adding that all was set for the commencement of an initial 100 housing project each in Liberia and Sierra Leone.
