Former Ghana international Sulley Muntari will be the focus of attraction this afternoon when an array of Ghanaian stars challenge a select side in a friendly encounter at the Wembley Sports Complex at Kotobabi.
Muntari, who is currently a free agent, will join former Black Stars teammates, including Stephen Appiah, Laryea Kingston and Jerry Akaminko, to feature for the Wembley Professionals.
The select side will feature players such as Accra Hearts of Oak skipper Inusah Musa, Samudeen Ibrahim and Dugbatey Junior.
The 33-year-old Muntari last played competitive football for Spanish side Deportivo de La Coruña but is currently out of contract and has been busy with training in Ghana, including appearing as a guest player for Accra Hearts of Oak in their 3-0 win over Bechem United last Monday.
The match is expected to attract a host of fans in and around Kotobabi, with Wembley Sports Complex CEO, Robert Coleman, expected to be the special guest.
