Sadio Mane dropped from Bayern squad over alleged Leroy Sane fight

According to reports in Germany, Sadio Mane has been left out of Bayern Munich's squad for their upcoming match against Hoffenheim, following allegations that he punched his team-mate Leroy Sane in the face after their 3-0 defeat to Manchester City in the Champions League on Tuesday. 

It was reported that the two players had to be separated by their teammates after the altercation.

Bayern has confirmed that Mane has been dropped from the squad due to "misconduct," and he will also be fined.

Bild reported that Mane complained about Sane's behavior after the match, but neither player has commented on the alleged incident.

Mane was picked up privately at the airport upon their return to Germany, while Sane traveled with the team bus. 

Bayern is set to host Manchester City in their quarter-final second leg next Wednesday.
