Rajevac makes four changes to Starting XI for Ethiopia

Black Stars coach Milovan Rajevac has made four changes to his starting XI for their must-win 2022 World Cup Qualifier against Ethiopia on Thursday afternoon at 1 pm.

The changes from the Stars last outing, a 0-1 win at Zimbabwe in a World Cup Qualifier sees Alexander Djiku, Jonathan Mensah, Thomas Partey and Benjamin Tetteh drop out of the starting XI.

A combination of injury and the accumulation of yellow cards appear to have forced Rajevac's hand with Arsenal star Partey ruled out through injury and Strasbourg centre-back Djiku serving a suspension.

They are replaced by Andrew Yiadom, Joseph Aidoo, skipper Andre Ayew and forward Richmond Boakye Yiadom.

Beitar Jerusalem forward Richmond returns to the team after over a year. He is expected to lead the line with Andre Ayew behind him, with Jordan Ayew and Kamaldeen Sulemana operating on the flanks in what appears to be a 4-2-3-1 formation.
