Olympics welcome Gabby Otchere-Darko

Wonder club Accra Great Olympics have welcomed Danquah Institute founder, Gabby Otchere-Darko into their fold.

The club in a post today on Twitter appear to have courted the Arsenal fan with an Olympics-branded polo shirt and towel.

Photos of the presentation show Olympics Public Relations Officer Saint Osei and famous supporter of the club and lawyer, Naa Odofoley Nortey handing Mr Otchere-Darko the items.

Mr Otchere-Darko is a fan of English Premier League side Arsenal and recently received an Arsenal-themed cake on his birthday on April 20.

Rainbow club ditched?

On Facebook, Olympics further suggested that the legal practitioner was also cutting ties with Accra Hearts of Oak.

They posted: "Hon. Gabby Otchere-Darko switches camp from the Temporal Rainbow 🌈 to the Permanent Sky 🔵⚪🔵.

"You are warmly welcome Senior Member of the Bar to the Club of the Moment Accra Great Olympics.

"He was initiated into the family with wonderful Club souvenirs and a Customized Lacoste. The support base is gradually growing Oly oooooooooo Dade 🔵⚪🔵".

Olympics are currently placed third on the Ghana Premier League log with 43 points - three points behind leaders Hearts.

The two-time Ghana Premier League winner last won the championship in 1974.
