Magdaleno vows to punish Dogboe for 'Mexican Wall' comment
There have been rather incendiary comments from those involved with Isaac Dogboe (18-0, 12 KOs), who is set to challenge WBO super bantamweight titlist, Jessie Magdaleno.
They have promised to not just win the title - but to even present the title to President Donald Trump and throw Magdaleno (25-0, 18 KOs), ''over the Mexican'' wall.

Dogboe's father and trainer, Paul Dogboe, made things pretty personal with the pre-fight banter.
And the defending champion hasn't taken too kindly to those comments.
He told BoxingScene.com at the Legendz Boxing gym in Norwalk, California - "I mean, there's a part where it's trying to hype up a fight and then it's a part of where it's foul disrespect and what his trainer said, what his father said about the Mexican heritage wasn't right, what he said about me, throwing me over the border, it wasn't right as well.
"I don't take that lightly, especially coming from a family of immigrants myself," continued Magdaleno, who is of Mexican-American heritage.
"It's not something to be tangled with, you don't talk to a fighter that way."
This bout, which will be carried on ESPN on April 28 from Philadelphia, has turned into a real grudge match now.
"If you want to talk about me, all this stuff about my weight, whatever, go for it. But when it comes down to stuff like that, it's personal and it's business. So come April 28th, he's going to get a rude awakening from myself," said Magdaleno.
As previously reported by BoxingScene.com, Dogboe's father has tried to soften the negative reaction to his earlier statements by apologizing.
"I want to apologize to the Mexicans about throwing Magdaleno over the wall. It was just a comical talk, nothing personal. It was just to wake the Mexicans up to come and watch their champion get beat. I apologize if it was misinterpreted. I was only hyping the show," Dogboe Sr. told The Ghana Crusader.
Magdaleno now has an extra two weeks to prepare as his bout got moved back from April 14th and will now take place in Philadelphia and not Las Vegas.
"No, I don't like the extra two weeks that I'm getting. No, I don't like that the fights in Philadelphia, I wish it was back home," admitted Magdaleno, who lives in Las Vegas.
"But it happens, this is boxing, this is what we're going to be put through. Like I said earlier, sometimes it's a blessing in disguise. We've got to go through these obstacles so we can put on a bigger and greater show.
"What can I say, it's two more weeks and it's two more weeks I'm going to get even more prepared."
