Antwi, 29, made his debut for the Black Stars in 2008 in a friendly against Mexico in London but a costly error saw him fall from grace to grass and he is yet to rediscover his sparkling form.

He left Liberty Professionals for Ebusua Dwarfs on a three-year contract but had to terminate the contract because of some disagreement with the management of  Dwarfs.

The young goalkeeper made it clear in an interview with the Graphic Sports that he was not interested in a return to the Stars but rather focused on securing promotion to the Premier League with Vision FC.

"I have no intentions of returning to the national team. That’s the dream for every player but for now I am not focussed on any such call-up," he stressed.

Currently on a one-year deal with an option for renewal at Vision FC, Antwi  expressed his delight with his new club and hoped to recapture the superb form which saw him gained a national team call-up in 2008.

"I am here for a purpose. I believe Vision can revive my club career and from the way we have already started playing, I think this club really has a lot for Ghana football". Antwi stated.

This is a new chapter in my life. I have forgotten about everything that happened to me in the past and now looking forward to bring back my glory days".
