Widespread racism has given European football a black eye recent times, with Ghanaians players also falling victims to racial attacks from fans.

It is in response to this growing scourge that the Bologna midfielder has joined forces with some of his teammates to fight against the menace in football.

Notwithstanding the incessant racial attacks players of his race go through in Italy, Donsah continues to give his all and since signing for the Italian side last August he continue to play a great role in the team’s set up.

At the age 19, the offensive midfielder is fast establishing himself at the Italian Serie A side, since making a move from Cagliari in the summer. Until his switch to Bologna, Donsah was reportedly on the radar of many of the European clubs, including Chelsea, Juventus, Fiorentina, Arsenal and Manchester City.

Born in Accra in 1995, his career started at DC United at Agogo before moving to Italian side Palermo in 2013 and later sent to Verona on a season long loan.
