Tetteh, who is the Ghana Consul to Guinea-Bissau, has advanced negotiations assisted by an advisory team including former Real Madrid player Antonio Núñez Tena.

If completed, the deal would see the wealthy tycoon and CEO of the Pribet Group conglomerate gain significant influence at the Galician club.

Ourense President Camilo Díaz warmly welcomed His Excellency Prince Tetteh in Spain last week and conducted a tour of club facilities. Mayor of Ourense Gonzalo Pérez Jácome also praised the prospective partnership.

As an appreciation gesture, Tetteh received prestigious club awards symbolizing the community's high regard.

He then invited former Deportivo La Coruña President Augusto César Lendoiro to provide counsel on improving Ourense.

At just 42 years old, Tetteh has spearheaded Pribet Group's expansion into construction, energy, agriculture, and ICT sectors across Europe and Africa.

His company operates as the local partner for Turkish firm Karpower, which provides electricity nationwide in Guinea-Bissau.

The potential Ourense acquisition highlights Honorable Prince Tetteh's ambition to enhance opportunities for African footballers in Europe.

In 2021, Ghana President Nana Akufo-Addo appointed His Excellency Prince Tetteh Consul to Guinea-Bissau, demonstrating his passion for diplomacy.

Ourense CF competes in Spain's third tier Segunda División B after reforming in 2014 from dissolved entity CD Ourense.

The club, founded in 1977 as Ponte Ourense CF, plays home matches at the 5,659-capacity Estadio O Couto stadium.

Tetteh's prospective arrival is set to propel the team towards fulfilling its potential both on and off the pitch through his acumen, resources, and approach of injecting talented Ghanaian and other African players into the team.

With the club currently second in their regional group, the deal could facilitate promotion pushes and long-term sustainability.
