The encounter will test not only the readiness of the upgraded pitch and entire facility, but also offer both teams opportunity to test their preparedness for the forthcoming 2015/2016 Premier League season which commences on February 20.

Despite the friendly nature of the game, coaches of the two sides are expected to attach a lot of seriousness to the clash as it possibly could be their last trial ahead of the start of the league.

Hearts of Oak have seen an improvement in their preseason games after beating Swedru Professionals and Nigerian premier side FC Ifeanyi Ubah which suggests their Japanese-American coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi is gradually finding his feet, Charles Kobla Akonnor’s Dreams FC look a side ready for combat in their debut Premiership season having won most of their preseason encounters.

Kenichie will be counting on strikers Samudeen Ibrahim, Sam Yeboah, Cosmos Dauda and others to put up a good performance, while Akonnor is expected to line up newly-recruited players such as Mozart Adjetey, David ‘Smallboy’ Korbah, Emmanuel Eli Keke and Alhassan Kalusha.

Meanwhile, the organisers of the match have announced that ticket prices will range between GH¢20 (Presidential Stand) and GH¢5 (Popular Stand).
