The Queens have qualified with an aggregate of 6-1, having secured a 2-1 away win in the first leg played in Tunis, a week ago.

Two goals in each half, scored by the talented Samira Suleman (2), Portia Boakye (1) and Princella Adubea (1) were all the Queens needed to overpower the visitors to book their 10th ticket to the  AWC tournament which will be held in Cameroun later this year.

Cheered on by the Die Hard Supporters Union and a sizeable crowd, a tactically disciplined Black Queens displayed entertaining football to the admiration of the spectators which  applauded them throughout the game.

Hardworking Samira got the opener in the 27th minute and Portia Boakye added the second  in the 31st minute when she intercepted goalkeeper Hakimi Marwa’s clearance and a simple tap from the 18-yard box zoomed straight into the opponents’ net.

After recess, the Tunisians increased the pace of the game taking the game to the homesters as they connected with some beautiful passes, but Princella Adubea added her name to the score sheet when she got a pass from Portia around the centre line, dribbled past her markers beautifully and finally tapped the ball into the net in the 75th minute before Samira added the fourth goal in the 83rd minute.

Ella Kaabachi almost scored a consolation goal for her team when she came face-to-face with goalkeeper Nana Aba Asantewa but her shot went over the bar.
