Black Stars skipper Asamoah Gyan is readying to further expand his business interests in Ghana after announcing his latest venture: BJ's Sports Bar.
Gyan in a post on Instagram shared the logo of the BJ's (Baby Jets's) Sports Bar and stated that the pub will be opening very soon.Follow @Graphicgh
He posted: "Testing 1.....2....3..... we will be opening very soon. Please follow @bjsportsbar for more details...".
Sources close to the venture have disclosed that the BJ's Sports Bar which is still under construction is located in Osu, Accra.
The BJ's Sports Bar, when opened, will become the newest member of the Gyan Investment conglomerate which already includes JetLink Events and Logistics and Baby Jet Promotions.
Gyan currently plays for Kayerispor in the Turkish Super League after stints in the UAE and China and now reportedly owns over 20 companies in Ghana.
He has interests in companies importing food (Mama Vits Noodles and Rice), water (Paradise Pac), transport, real estate, mining, student hostels and the aviation industry (Baby Jet Airlines).
According to the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), Gyan's airline company, Baby Jet Airlines is expected to commence operations by the end of the year.
He is also involved in music production and entertainment with his Asa Band as well as his personal music career.
Gyan, 32, is the all-time leading goalscorer of the senior national team (Black Stars) with 51 goals.
