Make Ghana proud— Former Kotoko CEO urges Black Stars

Former CEO of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Jarvis Peprah, has charged the senior national team, the Black Stars to rise up to the occasion this afternoon and overpower  the Chipolopolo of Zambia.

The Black Stars face the Chipolopolo in a crucial World Cup qualifier at the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi, this afternoon.

Mr Peprah reminded the Stars about the crucial nature of the encounter and charged them to play above themselves to make the nation proud.

“The whole nation is behind you and this is the time to die a little for your country,” he stated in a statement yesterday.

“If there is a time that the nation requires something extra from you, then it is this crucial win against the Zambians.

The nation needs a third appearance at the World Cup badly to compensate for the failure to clinch the last Africa Nations Cup in South Africa,” he told the players.
