Liberty’s winger Richmond Neizer got an early opener for the homesters in  the 13th minute when he connected  an excellent pull-out from forward Kennedy Ashia.

In the 58th minute, against the run of play, Selorm Geraido capitalised on a blunder between goalkeeper Stephen Ahorlu and defender Nana Egyiri to score the second goal for the homesters,

Striker Kennedy Ashia scored the third goal when his pile driver zoomed into the far right corner of the net.

Lions got a consolation in the 75th when striker Kwame Bonsu’s powerful volley at the edge of the Liberty box rocked the roof of the net.
