Days after recording a sweet victory over arch rivals, Accra Hearts of Oak, Kumasi Asante Kotoko are set to hold onto their early lead on the table with a likely win against New Edubiase on Sunday.
The Porcupine Warriors, as Kotoko are nicknamed, play host to Edubiase at their favourite Baba Yara Stadium as the Ghana Premier League enters its third week.
But Hearts have an opportunity to bounce back against newly-promoted side, Inter Allies at the Tema Park, while Berekum Chelsea chase their second win against Medeama at home.
Sekondi Hasaacas are at home to Aduana Stars at Essipong Stadium Bechem Unted host Ebusua Dwarfs while Hearts Lions are expected to thrill their Kpando fans against Amidaus Professionals.
Also scheduled for the weekend is Liberty versus King Faisal at the Accra Sports Stadium, while Ashantigold host Wa All Stars at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium.
