Inter Allies beat Aduana at Tema

Tema-based Inter Allies took a giant step towards securing their stay in the First Capital Plus Premier League when they defeated visiting Aduana Stars 1-0 at the Tema Park Sundday.

Naire Benogo, the Burkinabe import, nodded home the only goal of game from a corner-kick delivered by Abdul Safiu Fatawu in the 26th minute.

Coach Herbert Addo made three changes to the side that lost to Accra Hearts of Oak in the previous game, introducing Imoro Adam, Frederick Yamoah and Mohammed Sheriff.

Nimble-footed Yamoah had the simple duty of playing out Aduana playmaker, Godfred Saka, a task he discharged superbly by frustrating the CHAN star throughout the game. 

Try as Aduana Stars did, they failed to equalise.
