Contribution to sports growth
Speaking at the awards ceremony, the Chief Operating Officer of BLAG Ghana, Mr Eddie Dankwa, expressed gratitude for being honoured and said his outfit would continue to contribute to the growth and development of, especially the sports sector in Ghana.
Mr Dankwa added that his outfit was keen on partnering both the public and private sectors to provide community pitches with quality artificial turfs to help in the development of football at the district level.
“This is an honour for everyone that has contributed to the growth of the company. It is an honour to be recognised for doing a good job and we believe this will be a motivation to work harder for the future and we are ready for that.
“The focus is to help improve pitches in the country and we have been working on some community pitches over the years. What we are looking at now is to partner both the public and private sectors to help give more pitches a facelift,” he said.
