Fobi spent the just-ended season with CD Badajoz where he made 10 appearances and scored two goals with one assist as his side finished in third position in the Spanish third-tier league.
The 21-year-old right-bank has spent the last four seasons in Spain on loan playing for the likes of Granada, Formentera, Ibiza and CD
Badajoz.
