The Royal Golf Club in Kumasi will host one of the most exciting golf tournaments in the Ashanti Region, the Ashantifest Golf Tournament, tomorrow.
Under the theme: ‘25 years of brightening lives and beyond’, ithe event is aimed at rewarding customers in the region for their loyalty and support for MTN over the years.
''This invitational golf tournament forms part of Ashantifest 2021 activities and it is our way of rewarding and engaging with our high value customers within and around the Ashanti Region for their continuous support to the MTN brand,” the organisers said.
Among the contenders for honours this year is the Board Charmain of MTN, Mr Ishmael Yamson, and 80 other astute golfers who are expected to tee off in the Garden City.
The 18-hole stableford event is open to golfers with official handicaps and, according to the organisers, lady golfers must have handicaps of between 0-36, while the men's handicap should be between 0-28.
