Albert Adomah demoted to Nottingham Forest second team

Adomah, 32, played on loan at Cardiff City last season, but has been told by Forest manager Sabri Lamouchi that he has no place in his team as the gaffer seeks to build a sizable squad with younger players.

Graphic Sports Online understands that Adomah, Joao Carvalho, Tiago Silva, Gaetan Bong, Michael Hefele and Zach Clough, and Yuri Ribeiro have officially been sent to the club's second team to train with the coach, Gary Brazil.

The winger could reunite with his former Middlesbrough manager Aitor Karanka

The experienced Ghanaian winger has been one of the familiar faces in the English second-tier for the past decade, having featured for clubs including Middlesbrough and Bristol City.

He has already been linked with a move to Wycombe Wanderers, whilst Birmingham City manager Aitor Karanka -- who worked with the Ghanaian at Middlesbrough -- is said to be interested in his services.

Adomah has one more year left on his current Nottingham City contract and could be sold for a little less than 1 Million Euros.

Meanwhile, TeamTalk.com understands that Queen's Park Rangers could offer Adomah a dream move to Loftus Road.

Adomah grew up a QPR fan and has longed to play for them.

The player made his international debut in 2011 and has since scored two goals in 19 appearances for Ghana, including playing at the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
