President’s humility convinced voters - Atuahene

The NDC regional chairman who was speaking to a section of the media in Sunyani added that the provision of social amenities in the region in particular and Ghana as a whole was also a positive factor that convinced voters to give their votes to the NDC.

Mr  Atuahene congratulated the entire NDC team in the region for working hard to clinch over half of the 29 parliamentary seats in the region.

He said the party would continue to keep faith with the people in the region, adding that development projects started during the first four-year term of governance  would continue in the next four-year period.

Mr  Atuahene cautioned members and supporters of the party to exercise restraint in the course of their jubilation.
