Places the MP aspirant visited and interacted with constituents included  Kissi, Barmabodo, Mmbankyim Akotobinsin and Ayensudu Abease.

Flooding situation

At Barmabodo and Mmbankyim at Elmina, the MP aspirant addressed an impressive gathering which continued to sing asafo songs intermittingly during the meeting.

Some members of the gathering lamented to the MP aspirant about the flooding situation in the constituency anytime the tide of the lagoon rose.

They also decried the lack of a public place of convenience in the area, as well as the lack of employment for the teeming youth.

They expressed confidence that a future PPP government would work to bring about change to Ghana in general and the Constituency in particular.

Mr Sterlin urged the constituents to vote for the PPP in the upcoming elections to bring good governance and prosperity  to their doorstep.

At  Akotobinsin, the eager audience  promised to vote for the PPP in this year’s elections.

Nduom’s accomplishment

They opined that observing the accomplishment of Dr Nduom, even out of politics and as an individual, they were convinced of  what he could do for the constituency.

They further acknowledged that a government by the PPP would bring about more development to Elmina and its surrounding towns to improve the living standards of the people.

In line with this, the MP aspirant advised the women to form identifiable groups to be able to access help from the GN Bank through the Susu and Wodakye accounts.

At  Ayensudu Abease, the MP aspirant met a group from the Newtown which forms part of Ayensudu and assured them of social interventions when the party was given the chance to govern.

Mr Sterlin spoke about the PPP’s agenda for change and what it would  mean to the people of KEEA and Ghana as a whole.

The constituents also lamented the lack of a proper market in their community, saying they had been ignored by both the National Democratic Congress and New Patriotic Party, and as such they needed meaningful change.
