Mr Addo said the continuous defeat of the NDC in Tema was a matter of great concern to party loyalists and that with the coming into being of the movement, the serial defeats of the NDC in Tema would be a thing of the past.
He, therefore, urged political astute minds within the metropolis to rally behind the movement in its bid to capture all the three seats come 2016.
