NDC Primaries: 256 down, 14 to go on Sunday
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) says it will hold presidential and parliamentary primaries in 14 constituencies on Sunday to add to the 256 constituencies it successfully completed on Saturday.

A good number of the constituencies to vote on Sunday are in the Ashanti Region where insufficient voting materials led to delays and consequent postponement.
The affected constituencies are:
Ashanti Region
1. Subin
2. Atwima Nwabiagya North
3. Manhyia South
4. Manhyia North
5. Asante Akyem North
6. Bosomtwe
7. New Edubiase
8. Agona
9. Tepa
10. Ejura
11. Ejisu
Greater Accra
1. Ningo Prampram
2. Three (3) polling stations (Ada)
Western Region
1. Two (2) polling station (Bia West)
A statement signed by NDC Director of Election and Vice Chairman, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo on Saturday said “The party reiterates that, for the avoidance of doubt, voting starts 7am and closes 5pm. However per the Electoral Commission’s Law if prospective voters are in a queue as at 5pm, they should be allowed to cast their ballot.
“We commend our members for their good conduct in the midst of all these challenges”.
