Kanawu host Nana Akua Acheampomaa Sarfo-Adu in a heated monologue on the show questioned why Mr Mahama saw the need to clear weeds in the middle belt of the ‘Mahama’ Road in front of the new Military Cemetery in Accra, Saturday.

According to her, Mr Mahama's actions were just for the cameras as he just wanted to trend on social media.

She has since personally apologised to Mr Mahama in a broadcast today (November 12, 2019).
