Some were given drugs while those with complex ailments were referred to health facilities.

The Head Pastor of the church, Bishop Isreal Eze, who briefed The Mirror said the exercise, constituted part of the church’s social responsibility to the people.

He further explained that the exercise was also in fulfilment of scriptures.

Apart from the free medical screening, beneficiaries also received food, clothing and an undisclosed amount of money.
