Canadian-based wellness centre to open branch in Ghana
TRINOVA Wellness Centre, an entity based in Canada, is set to open its first branch in the country.
The private health centre, which would be the first in West Africa, would be opened for coaching, counselling, physiotherapy, neurofeedback among others in terms of fitness and well-being.
The wellness centre, located at East Legon Hills, would be officially opened on Thursday, September 21 this year.
As part of its grand opening, the centre will introduce an advanced technology, known as ES-Teck System Analysis, which is a Canadian registered Class III Medical Device.
The ES-Teck System is an ultimate preventive healthcare tool that can help evaluate and monitor nutritional supplementation, medications and therapies quickly and accurately.
The Chief Executive Officer of Trinova Wellness Centre, Dr Jennifer Anthony, explained that there would be a pre-registration period, opened to limited members of the public to examine their body systems with the ES-Teck System Analysis.
This examination, she said, would aid in detecting future health issues in the bodies. Dr Anthony indicated that one’s health issue could be physical but just treating the physical symptom of the illness might not be enough to ensure optimal health.
She added that the problem was not getting healthy but staying healthy, saying “we believe in order for your time with us to be meaningful and effective, it must not only help alleviate presenting symptoms but it must also explore the complex interactions of body, mind and spirit”.
“We will take an honest appraisal of your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being to examine and treat each issue from a place of genuine care, concern and true understanding,” she said.
She encouraged the public to take advantage of this to enhance their health.
