Lakeside Estates boss honoured

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lakeside Estates Limited, Noble Prince-Joseph Ayiku, has been adjudged the Emerging Executive of the Year at the third Business Excellence Awards held at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Accra.

His company, Lakeside Estates Limited, won the Best Real Estates Developer of the Year (Gated Communities) award for making high quality housing within a secured and gated community environment affordable to Ghanaians. 

Business model

The award was in recognition of his hard work and dedication, which led him to oversee and champion the development of a rare business model in the real estate industry which provides affordable high quality residential housing for sale to even the lower middle class.

Mr Ayiku expressed joy about the honour done him and said his vision was to become a leader who would leave positive footprints in the minds of people and to create value for shareholders.

Mr Ayiku holds, among other qualifications, an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration, (EMBA) Finance option from the University of Ghana, Legon, a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) from the University of Cape Coast, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Pg. DBA) from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
