Is this contract binding?

Dear Lawyer, I am an employee of a company in Kpando. Before taking the job my employers presented to me my employment contract which I readily signed.

The contract had a clause that under no circumstance would an employee resort to the court of law in respect of any issue that may arise in the course of work.{loadmodule mod_custom,Download Graphic News App}

I desperately needed a job and so I signed the contract. Lawyer, there are no issues yet but should it arise what do I do since I believe I am bound by the employment contract?
