It is also to ensure that GHANASS, which has a reputation as being one of the cleanest schools in the region, continues to maintain its high standards.

The President of the 1999 Year Group, Elvis Nyarko Anipah, who presented the items, said it was a token of their appreciation to the school that had groomed them into responsible adults.

He added that they would always be available to support their alma mater.

The Headmaster, Mr Jacob Afful, expressed gratitude to the group and said old students of GHANASS had been very supportive and urged them to continue to help them.

The 1999 Year Group also held a Career Guidance and Mentorship session for final year students dubbed: “GHANASS Connect.”

The session, held in partnership with the PALI (Passionate Africa Leadership Institute) Ghana, saw old students from various professions share their experiences and what students needed to do to get into the various fields.

The interactive session was also attended by some second-year students and teachers.
