Dzorwulu Presby Church elevated

With the Covenant congregation at Dzorwulu as its head of the district, the other sub district includes the Charis Congregation off Spintex Road, Extension Congregation at East Legon and Triumphant Congregation at East Legon.

Rev. Acheampong urged Christians to portray a Christ-like behaviour in order not to  compromise their identity in Christ, and encouraged the church members to help the church grow by involving themselves in all activities, especially evangelism and support one another when challenges arose.

The Clerk of the Ga Presbytery, Rev Rose Teteki Abbey, said the elevation was a sign of maturity which meant that they were competent enough to also handle their affairs and nurture other churches to also grow into a district.

The Chairperson of the Ga Presbytery, Rev. Dr Godwin Nii Noi Odonkor, urged the church to see the elevation not only as a responsibility but also a privilege to nurture others.   

 The Moderator of the General Assembly, Rev. Prof. Emmanuel Martey, in his goodwill message congratulated the church for its stride to attain elevation.
