Dr Bawumia returns home today

The Vice-President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is expected to return to Ghana from the United Kingdom (UK) today.
Dr Bawumia has been in the UK for the past 12 days on a medical leave.

A statement signed by the Director of Communications at the Flagstaff House, Eugene Arhin, said the Vice-President would be met on arrival by the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the First Lady, Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo.
Dr Bawumia was reported sick on Friday, January 19.
After medical observation and upon the advice of his doctors the Vice-President left Ghana for the UK on a medical leave.
He was accompanied by his wife, Samira Bawumia.
