The project is aimed at showcasing the company’s measures to safeguarding customers’ funds while providing them with convenience.

The project will enable customers to withdraw and deposit money at their own convenience with the newly introduced GH linked-CCML Uncommon Moni Cards or by means of biometric verification using point of sale devices, without having to use the banking halls.

The Head of Risk Management at CCML, Mr Kweku Aggrey, stated that the Triple Security project focused on the Uncommon Moni Card, Biometric Verification and SMS Alert, which was meant to provide customers with security over their funds.

Citing an example, he said an SMS alert was sent to customers on any transaction, whether done in or outside the banking hall, regarding their accounts which empowered customers to monitor their own accounts and report any suspicious transaction.

The project, Mr Aggrey stated, was meant to reassure customers that “their hard-earned monies are triple secure at CCML through the adequate security measures which have been put in place to minimise fraud.”

“We promise to make our money transfer services as safe and secure as possible,” Mr Aggrey added.

He added that the triple security system sought to offer customers security over their funds and reliability in terms of customer relations.
