Akim Abuabo road opened to traffic - Police

The Ghana Police Service has now opened the Akim-Abuabo road to traffic.
The police blocked the road on Monday morning following an accident on that stretch. The accident involved a Nissan Pickup and a loaded DAF articulated truck.

The fatal accident happened at the Akim Aboabo between the Akim Asafo and Nsutam area of the stretch.
The wreckage in the middle of the road forced personnel from the Kibi MTTD Accident Prevention Squad (APS) to cordon the area.
