Adjoa Essel launches third novel today

Ghanaian budding female writer, Adjoa Essel will today, Sunday, July 25, 2021, launch her third novel.

The novel, titled, “Journey in the rain”, chronicles the love adventures of Loretta, the main character in the book.

Loretta is delighted when the most eligible bachelor in the city asks her out on a date. When she sets out with him, the last thing she imagined was to encounter a dreadful robbery attack on the way. The incident leaves her overwhelmed as doubt begins to creep in about the real personality of the man she is head over heels in love with.

The 112 page novel, is full of intense suspense laced with realities of everyday life. As usual with Adjoa’s write ups, she treats her readers to a beautiful simple language, grounded in good grammar.

Journey in the rain is a book recommended for all types of readers, particularly those who love "romantic books." Other books by Adjoa are "Louisa", and "The meet up."
