He said the company would complete the SHS project in an estimated time of 120 days, while completing a basic school in 60 days with modern technologies.

Briefing the media at a press conference in Accra yesterday,  Mr Tamakloe said: “We are poised to complete the project with modern technology and hand it over on schedule.”

“We have the expertise, the experience and the technology to see the construction time per school decrease to a couple of months,” he said.

He said two senior technical staff of the Toyota Housing Corporation of Japan  were in the country last week to undertake a feasibility study of local material availability, specification and pricing.

According to Mr Tamakloe, the visit would facilitate the conclusion of the company’s infrastructural development proposal to the Government of Ghana. This would ensure the development of a high quality modern, internationally rated infrastructure initially earmarked for primary and junior high schools for the country’s development.

He announced that three regions had been selected to benefit from polytechnics, using modern Japanese technology.

Ghana Japan Oil Company Ltd is a Japanese subsidiary, a development partner focused on high quality infrastructural development in the sub region.
