Dr Adutwum made those remarks in an address read on his behalf at the inauguration of the 1998 Year Group’s legacy project during the 113th Speech & Prize-giving Day of Adisadel College in Cape Coast.

The occasion formed part of activities marking the 25th anniversary of the 1998 Year Group.

Commitment

The minister reiterated the commitment of the government to provide educational institutions with the needed infrastructure to meet the aspirations of the youth.

The President of the Year Group, Tawiah Adjei, expressed his gratitude to members of the year group for their significant contribution towards completing the project, which according to the school authorities, was the single largest project undertaken by any year group of the college in recent times.

He commended the First Lady, Rebecca Akuffo-Addo, and  the wife of the Vice President, Samira Bawumia, and Dr Adutwum, among other personalities, for their financial support for the project.
