New block for Victory Presby JHS

A-nine classroom block constructed at an estimated cost of GH¢800,000, has been inaugurated for the junior high school (JHS) department of the Victory Presbyterian (Presby) Church School at Fafraha, near Adenta.

The two-storey block, for JHS One to Three, with a library and washrooms, was inaugurated as part of the climax of activities marking the 20th anniversary celebration of the school.

Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, the Minister of Education, was supported by Mrs Rosamund Amoako Apenteng, the Greater Accra Regional Manager of Presby Schools, to cut a tape to officially open the new building.

The school’s administrators expressed joy at the execution of the project, explaining that until the completion of the block, the JHS students were using a building for the church as their classroom block.
