Have a plan for your life – COO, mPharma to youth
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of mPharma Company, Sophia Baah, has urged all young people to plan their lives if they want to achieve their goals and be successful.
Madam Baah in an interview with Rev. Erskine on the Y-Leaderboard Series on Y107.9FM, noted that having a plan for your life was very important.

“That blueprint, that framework, that anchor which drives the decisions that you make. You need to have that”, she said.
“When you have that, it’s easier for you to achieve what it is you want but if you don’t have a plan, then you waver and one minute you’re here, the next minute you’re here and you don’t even see progress. It’s also frustrating”, she said.
Madam Baah advised that people need to ask themselves where they want to be in the next few years and make a plan to guide them to that.
“Ask yourself what you enjoy doing, find the job or the sector that allows you to do that and follow that plan”, she tipped.
According to her, having a plan and staying true to oneself is the right way to success and achievement.
