Darwin Hobbs coming for Harvest Praise

International Christian music minister/worship leader, Darwin Hobbs, will lead the famous Darwin Hobbs Choir to the annual Harvest Praise 2013 Double-Do Concert which is scheduled to come off at the Accra International Conference Centre on Easter Friday, March 29.

Darwin is popular for hit tunes such as "He is able," "Free," "Better is one day" and "You are God." The American singer and his team will join the Harvest Gospel Choir at the show which is being put together by the Harvest International Ministries. 

Ghanaian star, Ohemaa Mercy, is expected to put up her first public performance following the release of her latest album, "Prophecy."  “God dey bless me,” hit maker, Cwesi Oteng, the Harvest Theatre and many others will also be on the bill to spice up the praise and worship marathon.

According to the Chairman of the Harvest Praise Planning Committee, Mr Daniel Adjei, there will be two separate sessions to be held at the Conference Centre to accommodate the growing number of patrons. The first one will run from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m and the second from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

“Fans should expect same quality of organisational efficiency and thrilling content at both sessions as has been associated with the concert over the years,” Mr Adjei promised.

He said the programme's soul winning and charity focus had been a huge attraction to sponsors and patrons. “It’s no doubt that Harvest Praise has set itself apart and crystalised its brand as a ministry!”

Tickets are available at Harvest Chapel branches across the country, Sweet Melodies, Tesano; Sunny FM and Citi FM.

Harvest Praise is sponsored by Ecobank, Unibank, Tobinco Pharmaceuticals, Van Jay Opticals, Howdees, Excel Airconditioners and Success For People Micro Finance. Others are First Capital Plus, Azar Chemicals & Industries, and Zoomlion.
