Andrews Asare was honoured for his exceptional contributions to the barbering industry and his company's commitment to upholding best business practices. Following the award ceremony, Asare expressed his gratitude and emphasized the significance of this achievement as a testament to his unwavering dedication to delivering top-notch customer satisfaction and continuously improving all aspects of his business endeavours.

He viewed this recognition not merely as an award but as a confirmation of his relentless pursuit of excellence while maintaining stringent quality standards in his operations.

As the CEO of Active Barbershop, Andrews Asare has positioned himself as a leader in the men's grooming industry, solidifying the company's credibility and reputation while setting benchmarks for others to emulate. He highlighted the company's adaptability to remain relevant and its constant pursuit of improvement.

In addition to his role in the barbering industry, Andrews Asare is a certified facilitator for Barbering in Cosmetology. He is also renowned for his portrait work, where he intricately creates portraits of notable figures, including Shattawale, Sarkodie, Stonebowy, Kwame Nkrumah, and recently Memphis Depay, on the back of his models' heads to pay tribute to them. One of his portraits of Davido gained recognition and was featured on the BBC.

Andrew Asare's philanthropic efforts extend through the Active Barbers Foundation, which actively contributes to prisoners, orphanages, and the Akropong School for the Blind. He also conducts annual training programs, offering free training to high school graduates and empowering females to become professional barbers in a traditionally male-dominated industry, thereby addressing unemployment issues in the country.
