‘DeÉnim’ (Ever forward) from Akan, is a defiantly optimistic call to take the lead in creating a more positive future where innovation, eco-consciousness and sustainability go hand-in-hand. ‘DeÉnim’ is also a witty play on Denim; the repurposed fabric Boyedoe uses for this collection is fused with a hand-woven smock.

Boyedoe’s afroluxe yet sustainable positioning afforded it the opportunity to create ‘DeÉnim’ around the themes of deconstruction and reconstruction all wrapped up in the simple notion of timelessness.
